Vintage Very Rare Perkins Outboard 4.5 HP Twin 1960's this lovely little engine probably run before it was dry stored its in very clean condition there's not much corrosion this has been in storage a very long time. Now the engine pulls on the pull start and has very good compression i cant spin it enough to get a spark the coils have deteriorate see photos the engine cover is in excellent condition the prop looks good trun the engine and the prop turn look at the condition of the engine.
