Ransomes Certes 20 inch petrol mower with Honda 4hp engine. Probably of 60s vintage with 10 blade cutting cylinder for fine finish. 6 months ago, the answer was yes.
But trying it lately, it won't fire up. Etrol, I can't say. The Honda engine will appeal for other uses possibly.
Perhaps you can tinker and fire it up? Cash on collection is preferred please.
