Sachs Dolmar 119 Vintage Professional West German Chainsaw. 61cc & 4 Horsepower, A True Vintage Monster. Beautiful Vintage Petrol Chainsaw with a Genuine Period Roller Nose Guide Bar & excellent 3/8 Semi Chisel Chain.

A current Stihl equivalent 60cc saw would be a Stihl MS391 at approx. I do not believe you will find a nicer example of this saw anywhere. Fitted with a fully adjustable chain oiler & beautifully engineered chain brake. The engine has very good compression & starts easily and settles in to a steady thumping idle and revs cleanly to peak rpm and then settles quickly back to idle.

In my opinion this saw is in lovely original condition both cosmetically & mechanically considering it is circa 45+ years old. The saw is fully functional and working. No cheap Chinese plastic or cylinder/piston or other parts. This is a genuine example of an Iconic saw.

Never used by me for cutting and has just been a display saw & very occasionally started. PLEASE REMEMBER THE SAWS I COLLECT AND SOMETIMES SELL ARE OFTEN BETWEEN 30 & 60 YEARS OLD.
