Plug terminal piece is damaged and needs replacing so could not try starting - and it turns over smoothly with the plug out: otherwise it is a bear and very hard to pull / recoil spring is broken so cord does not pull back in all the way -- some overall wear from use - bar cover has a small wear hole in it -- -.
