Fully rotating for manoeuvring so no ahead/astern gears. It has been well preserved and the engine turns with compression on the pull cord.
I have not started it. It would need a strip down, new fuel etc. Weed eater with long shaft. The engine pull start rubber has deteriorated as you can see in the photo.
