Danarm 1-71-SS Vintage Professional British Chainsaw. 71cc Beautiful Vintage Petrol Chainsaw with a Genuine Vintage Windsor 25 Sprocket Nose Guide Bar & Oregon Full-Chisel Chain in good condition.

Full anti-vibration mounts, fully adjustable chain oiler & chain-brake. Made from circa: 1973 Up to 49 years old and still an absolute joy to use and own. In my opinion this saw is in excellent original condition for it's age - both cosmetically & mechanically. Also supplied with a scabbard for the guide bar & a photocopy of both the Illustrated Parts List & Operators Manual - filled with invaluable details.

These are special saws & almost impossible to find in this original condition. Try & find another 1-71-SS anywhere in this working condition. A real mans saw and an absolute pleasure to own & use as well as an item of beauty to hang on display in your workshop. This saw is from my private collection.

The saw runs beautifully and has excellent compression. Starts, runs, oils & cuts as it should. The paintwork is very good in my opinion. The saw has only been cut with by me 2 or 3 times & while in my ownership and has been just for my pleasure on display and very occasional starting. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OF THE SAW STARTING, IDLING, RUNNING & CUTTING TO ENSURE IT IS SUITABLE FOR YOU. PLEASE REMEMBER MY SAWS ARE STORED CORRECTLY AND ONLY EVER RUN ON THE BEST OILS. I WILL NOT HIDE ANY ISSUES IF I KNOW ABOUT THEM.

A current Stihl equivalent 70cc saw like an MS462 would cost you approx. Grab an irreplaceable bargain while it is still available. Since then it has just been on display and cut with by me only 2 or 3 times. A true professional saw in it's day fitted with a fully adjustable chain oiler, doubled felling spikes, front & rear hand guards and AV mounts - all tight and in good condition & a chain-brake! The saw is undamaged other than marks from normal usage.

It may have other damage but it is not apparent to me. EVERY ITEM IS ACCURATELY DESCRIBED, VIDEOED & PHOTOGRAPHED WITH THE OPTION TO COME VIEW AND TEST.

IT WILL ARRIVE EXACTLY AS LISTED. IF IT HAS BECOME DAMAGED IN TRANSIT CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS.

FINALLY - PLEASE REMEMBER THE SAWS I COLLECT AND SOMETIMES SELL ARE OFTEN BETWEEN 30 & 60 YEARS OLD. IF / WHEN YOU DECIDE TO START USING THEM FOR CUTTING WOOD THEY ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILTY. IF THEY BREAK YOU WILL NEED TO FIX THEM. Any body genuinely interested is very welcome to come and view the saw. I will drain any petrol & oil out of the tanks prior to posting.
